A few useful answers.
Your HR application data is stored in Germany, and our AI processing takes place in the EU. Subscription billing is handled separately by Stripe and can involve processing in the United States. Our sub-processor list explains which providers we use and what each one processes.
PersoHR combines EU hosting with encryption, access controls and tools for handling employee data requests. You can read our security measures, data processing agreement and sub-processor list before choosing a plan.
Contact us about importing employee records, leave balances and documents from your current tool. We will confirm the available import options, scope and timing with you.
The setup wizard guides you through adding your team, choosing leave types and confirming country settings. Setup time depends on your records, policies and migration needs.
Employees can use PersoHR in their preferred supported language to manage everyday tasks such as requesting leave and finding documents. Help is available as they get started.
Start with a 30-day free trial, with no credit card required. If the trial expires without a paid subscription, your workspace becomes read-only.
Monthly and annual subscriptions have different billing periods. Our Terms of Service explain renewal, cancellation notice and refunds. Export the records you need before paid access ends; our Data Processing Agreement describes data return and deletion.
PersoHR supports all 24 official EU languages. Each employee can choose their preferred language.
